We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Your refund will be processed automatically once your order has been canceled or we’ve received the returned product.

Depending on your payment method and bank processing time, refunds may take 3 to 15 working days.

If you’ve canceled your order or we’ve confirmed the returned product, your refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Where do we ship from? To provide you with the best shipping experience, we operate a network of warehouses across the globe. Your order will be dispatched from the optimal warehouse based on your delivery address to ensure speed and efficiency. Our warehouse locations include:

Where do we ship to? We proudly offer worldwide shipping. To see if we can deliver to your address and to view your shipping options, please proceed to checkout. The system will calculate and display all available shipping methods and costs before you complete your payment.

Please Note: We ship to physical addresses only. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may not be supported.

If a package is returned due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate with customs or to pay duties, refunds are not supported.

HIFI WALKER collects VAT for goods delivered to EU consumers.
