The wheel being made of rubber attracts a lot of dust and grime. The feedback from it also doesn't correlate to the screen that well. Besides that it feels great to use.

I purchased the HIFI Walker 2 on 3/19/25 and I had one issue with it and contacted HIFI Walker. They responded and took care of me in excellent fashion. So now when I am thinking of upgrading or just need to replace my player in years to come I will come back to HIFI Walker. Also the sound is really good and the battery life is really good as well.

There ´s just one small problem with the sizing of the cover art in play-back mode, half the image is missing..
I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t to break the bank for good sound ;)

Can this player be used with iTunes? Is it compatible?
No, it is not compatible with iTunes. It works more like an external hard drive. You just plug it in, the option to open as a folder appears, and you just drag and drop your music into it.
How do I connect my Bluetooth headphones/speakers to the H2?
Make sure the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode (make sure the device is not connected to an external Bluetooth device). If the Bluetooth device is in pairing mode, turn on Bluetooth on the H2 and search for the Bluetooth you want to connect to.
Why can't I feel the real hi-fi sound when I connect cheap headphones?
The H2 supports high-resolution DSD music format. To experience the high-fidelity sound, it is recommended to connect professional wired headphones or a speaker system.
How can I use the USB DAC function?
First, you need to switch the H2's USB mode to USB DAC mode. To do this, go to the setup menu and select 'DAC' as the USB mode. Then connect the H2 to your computer via USB, and it will be recognized as a USB DAC.
Can this player play all tracks in random order?
Yes, it can be done. Go to the settings, set the shuffle mode, and then go to the songs section instead of the albums or artists section. The default order of the songs is sorted alphabetically by the first letter.
