I use this device for listening to music while running. It uses aac and a2dp for Bluetooth.
Just wanted a solid MP3 Player and this is a great one . Like the menu especially the fact that you can balance the left / right volume to suite your hearing . As I have lost a little hearing in my right ear i can now centralise vocals and instruments , something i have not been able to do before on any MP3 player
I had the HiFi Walker H2 for many years and many other players over the years so I was interested to see how the H20 Pro would compare.
It is a very small, lightweight DAP with a decent screen, fast UI based on HiBy OS. The sound is excellent, rich and meaty!
I got the player while it was discounted and also on an extra anniversary offer and I believe I have an absolute bargain. I can highly recommend this lovely player.
For guitar stage backing tracks played through powerful speakers, this is perfect. I grew up with the Boss BR80 using a physical wheel to move to a numbered track. The benefit of a wheel is it goes from 1 to 100 in seconds. Importantly it doesn't use a touch screen. This means that the software is proprietary making it simple and fast. Not a cumbersome, reduced android that you need for a touch screen. Well done hifiwalker. Spot on design. Owned since it was launched.
Der MP3 Player kommt sehr gut verpackt an. Eine Bedienungsanleitung liegt mit dabei, allerdings in schlechtem deutsch und teilweise in englisch. Eine Anleitung wurde aber auch noch auf das Gerät gespielt. Die Klangqualität über meine Kopfhörer DT 990 Pro mit 80 Ohm ist hervorragend und man kann auch mal richtig laut Musik hören. Der HIFI Walker liegt ein wenig schwehr in der Hand, was ich persöhnlich gut finde. Die Verarbeitunsqualität ist sehr gut. Die Bedienbarkeit ebenfalls. Die Datenübertragung vom PC gestaltet sich einfach und schnell.
Das ist ein robuster, einfach zu bedienender und gut klingender Player, den ich jederzeit erneut kaufen würde.

The best MP3 for quality, its heavy for its small size, made out of steel, very sturdy, selection button is very precise, different folders capability.The sound is amazing.
physical buttons, sturdy, lots of storage, playback of all formats and sounding great.
Oh and versatile too, can use it as a DAC to feed the stereo and bluetooth for when I might need it.
I got this as a replacement (in march 2025) to my 180gb iPod as i had had enough of iTunes deleting my music, and i cant believe it took me this long to look for an alternative.
So glad i found this. My files transfused seamlessly love the limited customisation of the screens love that i can use wireless and get the wife to plug her wired headphones in at the same time. All in all really pleased with the purchase.
Five stars with Rockbox installed - 20+ hour battery life, 1 TB card capacity, all the usual Rockbox software goodness. Only problem is you lose Bluetooth, but I am fine with headphones or line out.
