Long live the music

I got this as a replacement (in march 2025) to my 180gb iPod as i had had enough of iTunes deleting my music, and i cant believe it took me this long to look for an alternative.
So glad i found this. My files transfused seamlessly love the limited customisation of the screens love that i can use wireless and get the wife to plug her wired headphones in at the same time. All in all really pleased with the purchase.

A great value for the money imo

I purchased the HIFI Walker 2 on 3/19/25 and I had one issue with it and contacted HIFI Walker. They responded and took care of me in excellent fashion. So now when I am thinking of upgrading or just need to replace my player in years to come I will come back to HIFI Walker. Also the sound is really good and the battery life is really good as well.

Great sound for low Price

Since I’ve got it, I’m happy to hear my favorites music library with H2 player…
Sound enhancer is very good .
DAC mode always available with the new firmware 2.0…!
There ´s just one small problem with the sizing of the cover art in play-back mode, half the image is missing..
I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t to break the bank for good sound ;)

Highly recommended music player

Low price but a good quality product with metal case. The delivery was quite fast, about two weeks to Switzerland. It works like a charm, only copy the the music onto the microSD card and then it's ready.

Extremely Satisfied!

I have been enjoying my Hifi Walker H2 DAP for a couple weeks now and I have little to no complaints! The battery life so far had been sufficient to get me through a full day of work and then some. The included 64gb sd card is much appreciated. My only complaint is the font color used in the OS as it tends to clash with the album colors and make it difficult to read text. I was able to mitigate it by disabling album art from displaying. Overall I’m think this is a solid device with great functionality and build quality and its worth the price.

How can I apply for return or refund？

Return products with quality issue(s):

You have 30 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return in 7 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date, or 30 days from the order date, whichever is later.

Return products without quality issues:

You have at least 7 days from delivery date to request a return/refund if you are unsatisfied with the product or for other personal reasons. Either way you need to bear a 70% depreciation charge and shipping fee within 30 days from the purchase date or 7 days from delivery date, whichever is later.

When will I receive my refund？

Your refund will be processed automatically as soon as your order has been canceled or we have received the returned product.

Depending on your chosen payment method and processing time of the designated bank, you will receive your refund within 3 to 15 working days.

How can I get my money back if I want to cancel my order after paying for it？

If you’ve canceled your order or we’ve confirmed the product you’ve returned, your money will be refunded through the same method of payment. 

From where is the shipping sent and to which areas do we ship？

All products are sent from one of our warehouses in China, Germany, the UK and the US.

We ship to most physical addresses in the world. Once you’ve placed an order, it means that the product(s) can be delivered to your shipping address.

About the Taxes

HIFI WALKER only charges for the product itself. The taxes vary in different countries and regions where tax policies and tax rates differ. Please contact the local Customs to learn more.

If the package cannot be dispatched or it has been returned as the buyer didn’t cooperate with the Customs or failed to pay Customs duties, refund is NOT supported.

HIFI WALKER will collect VAT on sales of goods delivered to EU consumers.
