1. General

By accessing and using hifiwalker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. HIFIWALKER reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@hifiwalker.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers: If goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without providing a reason.

3. Warranty Policy

All HIFIWALKER products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-human-caused damage. Eligible products will be replaced with a new unit at no charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

HIFIWALKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
